On Saturday, December 3rd the Christmas Parade will begin at 10:15am, traveling from Terminal Pl. east on W Broad St., in front of both the Science Museum and the Children's Museum of Richmond. Downtown and Legendary Santa will both open at 1:00pm, Chesterfield is on a normal schedule.
